Shipping & Returns Policy

3.1 Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Australia. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page. Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, product launches, pre-orders or circumstances outside Morrow's reasonable control.

3.2 Tracking and delivery estimates

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order once the parcel has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.

Any dispatch or delivery timeframe provided by Morrow is an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by postal or courier services, customs processes, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside Morrow's reasonable control.

3.3 Authority to leave

Depending on the shipping service selected and the carrier's delivery terms, a parcel may be left in a safe location where signature on delivery is not required. Where a customer selects or authorises an authority-to-leave service, the customer accepts the risks ordinarily associated with unattended delivery, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3.4 Uncollected or returned parcels

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels within any timeframe specified by the applicable postal or courier service. If an order is returned to Morrow because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer, Morrow may require payment of reasonable redelivery costs before the order is resent.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect customer information, failure to collect or refusal of delivery may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

3.5 Incorrect address details

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery details are complete and accurate before submitting an order. If you notice an error, please contact Morrow as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.

Morrow is not responsible for additional costs arising solely from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, except to the extent required by law.

3.6 Delayed or missing deliveries

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is undertaken by a third-party postal or courier provider. If tracking indicates an unexpected delay or a parcel appears to be missing, please contact Morrow at support@morrowremedyco.com so that we can assist with an enquiry with the relevant carrier.

Customers must provide any information reasonably required to investigate the delivery. Morrow is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control; however, nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

3.7 International duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before placing an order. Morrow does not warrant that products available for sale in Australia may lawfully be imported, possessed or used in every international jurisdiction.

If an international parcel is refused, detained, returned or otherwise affected by customs or local regulatory requirements outside Morrow's reasonable control, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return, handling or redelivery costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Morrow does not currently accept orders for delivery to the United States of America, Canada or Mainland China.

3.8 Pre-orders

Products offered for pre-order will display an estimated dispatch timeframe on the relevant product page. Estimated pre-order dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier or other circumstances outside Morrow's reasonable control.

If there is a material delay to the estimated dispatch timeframe, Morrow will provide customers with an update where reasonably practicable. Where required by Australian Consumer Law, or where Morrow determines that an order can no longer reasonably be fulfilled, customers will be offered an appropriate remedy.

3.9 Change of mind

Morrow Co. Remedy Essentials does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or where a customer simply decides they no longer want the product, unless expressly agreed by Morrow. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

For health, hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or used remedies, creams, sprays and other consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind.
